It is up to each individual member to find out which team he has been selected for.  Any member in doubt regarding selection must contact the relevant Captain for clarification.  Members should carefully note the venues and starting times of matches and ensure that they arrive at the match at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of play if playing away or 1 hour before if playing at home.  Players are expected to help out before and after the match.  Unless officially informed that the match has been cancelled, players should turn up at the place previously notified.  In the event of rain, members should contact their team captain.

All members, playing and non-playing must abide by the Club rules, including all rules laid down by the leagues and organisations that Crown Wood CC are affiliated to for the coming season.  Club rules, policies and ECB guidelines can be found on the club notice board or website.
