To comply with the Club’s Welfare of Young People policy, parents must
complete a membership form giving contact details and any relevant
medical details before their child can take part in any training/play
matches etc. Please note that it is a condition of membership that
parents / guardians keep the Club informed of any changes to contact
numbers and report any changes in relation to their child’s health.

OUTDOOR TRAINING
Outdoor training will take place at St
Sebastian's playing field from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.. Please
turn up even if it's raining because this is also Selection
evening. To help the Managers and Captains, players should use the availability system on the website.

Thursdays (29th April until 26th August)
All youth's must be Signed IN and OUT of each training session/match by a
parent/guardian or whoever transports them to/from the session.

Wednesdays (from 21st April until 22nd Sept)
It is up to each individual member to find out which team he has been
selected for. Any member in doubt regarding selection must contact the
relevant Captain for clarification.
Members should carefully note the venues and starting times of matches
and ensure that they arrive at the match at least 30 minutes before the
scheduled start of play if playing away or 1 hour before if playing at
home. Players are expected to help out before and after the match.
Unless officially informed that the match has been cancelled, players
should turn up at the place previously notified. In the event of rain,
members should contact their team captain.
All members, playing and non-playing must abide by the Club rules,
including all rules laid down by the leagues and organisations that
Crown Wood CC are affiliated to for the coming season. Club rules,
policies and ECB guidelines can be found on the club notice board or
website.
